REAL TIME STUDIO - ULTIMATE ZINE CREATION - Two Classes

Class in person only

For serious teens and up
Must have a computer with Photoshop
2- three hour classes

This is a two day artist boot camp to create a full color Zine. What is a Zine? We work as a team to take Zine publishing to the next level by fusing the hand made with the digital world. You will take home five finished zines to become part of an art portfolio, given as gifts or sold, etc. 

You choose a concept or story. I will help guide you through designing the imagery, and page layouts, to make a beautifully printed Zine. 

DAY ONE- Focus on the concept or story, and accompanying imagery. Any environments, characters, etc. will be designed at this time. We design a page layout that will include text and art.

DAY TWO- Refine and finish all art and layouts to be printed. Print out the final pages, collate, saddle stitch it together. With the final product in your hands we can strategize how to sell this piece of art for a profit. See the Artist As Brand class.

Art supply list and other details will be provided upon registration.

Please make certain you are committed to attending this class as the registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you cannot make the class you signed up for, you may use your registration for another class (of similar value) or sell/transfer the class to another person. We realize that unexpected issues may arise which prevent you from attending a class but remember that a space has been set aside for you. This policy is firm. You must notify us in writing (via email) of any changes.

If this class is canceled for any reason, we will make every effort to reschedule it and transfer your registration, otherwise your registration fee will be refunded.
